kitchen tool is Egg Separator!
In reality, it had many uses as most tools
of the day were required to do double, triple duty.
This beautifully patinated tool
was also used to whisk egg yolks for many and sundry uses. This baby could also whisk up a beautiful meringue but those were strong women and they worked hard.
