Monet's Garden?

In a recent post I shared runners that I had made
with fabric that reminded me of
Monet's Garden at Giverney
Many of you agreed with me,
so I decided to alter the tablescape I had in mind.
I decided to try and interpret the master's
awesome gardens. I do know that is a tall order
but here goes!
I hope you enjoy!

I took lots of pictures so I will keep the narrative
to a minimum and put the sources at the end.

  2. You had me at Monet. Love the table runners you made and what a lovely interpretation of the master on your table with your dishes, flower styling and accessories. If I can ever get my table refinished I'd love to try a table setting vignette myself ... in the meantime I'll keep checking in to learn from you.

  20. The runners certainly do look like Monet's garden. I have always wanted to go to see his garden. I did visit Renoirs garden some years ago and plucked a piece of olive branch which I still have tucked away in an old book.

I love your hydreangeas, they are such beautiful soft colours.
