THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

 Thank you so much
to all who have visited me this past two weeks!
This blogging thing has been a ball for me.
I have read and enjoyed each comment left.
Your comments have been so kind and encouraging
I only hope I have properly responded to each of you.  If I did not it was because of a big case of "Blog Freeze"
To some of you, I may have responded twice, maybe, but hopefully not thrice.

Please accept this bouquet of flowers
as a token of my appreciation
for your generous acceptance.

I hope I have brought a smile to your face
or made you chuckle a time or two
For all of you who have "chosen"
to follow a newbie Thank you!

This has been sooooo much fun.
I am joyous that I can visit a homemaker
in Pakistan, a crafter in the northwest, a collector in the heartland, a young wife in Canada, a sweet soul in UK, "Wonderful" people world over and  fantastic cooks everywhere!
Did you know about the new species?
"TABLESCAPERS"
So new that spellcheck doesn't know about them yet.

I hope that we can continue
 meeting like this
for a very long time
THANK YOU!!!
Next week I will leaving for three weeks
in the land of strikes and chaos in the streets.
Don't worry 'bout me, Bonjour
and an offer of sweet iced tea
will win them over.
A slice of Martha's apple pecan cake
and they will hoist me to their shoulders
shouting "Viva la Ginger"
I don't know a translation for Ginger.
You have seen all I know.

I hope to have a few posts in the can before I leave. I don't want you to get fickle
 while I am gone.

Please leave a comment. You know I looooooove to read them.
Ginger

  7. Hello Ginger,
Thank you for your sweet comment about my granddaughter. She is every bit as genuine as she is beautiful. We have five more granddaughters who are all just as lovely...nine grandchildren in all. My ambition in life was always to be a grandmother, especially since I never knew my own grandmothers. It is truly one of life's great pleasures. So glad you're enjoying blogland. Enjoy your trip and we'll look forward to hearing from you when you get back.
    Fondly, Joanne

I'm sure you'll have a great time in France. And hey, if things get too crazy, it's not a long drive to Belgium or Luxembourg or Germany or Italy... ;-)

    Ginger is Gingembre in French.

    Bon voyage!

  14. Thank you for stopping by Three Pixie Lane! I am your newest follower and just up the road in Rock Hill, SC! My cousins, Bo and Ann Crowder live in Savannah...do you know them? Isn't that how we do in the South? We have to figure out if we know any common folk!! :) I hope you have a wonderful trip! We just took a 'virtual' trip to England and celebrated with an English Tea Picnic! Christie at Three Pixie Lane
