God's Christmas Decorations!

Most of you know I am not decorating for
CHRISTMAS
this year.
It has been rainy the last couple of days and I had not been
out to the front porch. Today, we were greeted with beautiful sunshine and an awesome surprise of God's nature in action.
Even the Shamrock in the center of the pot is blooming.
These are a slightly different color. Still many buds to flower.

GOD IS GOOD!

I hope it's OK, Kathleen. These cacti
would make a wonderful centerpiece
if I WERE doing a table!

Dearest Ginger,
Wow, if you can keep these still in your front porch; that is a miracle! How precious they look and so full with blooms... Love the way you took those photos. Enjoy them.
Hugs to you both,
Mariette

You have such a green thumb, Ginger! I have always loved the Christmas cactus, but have never tried my hand at growing any. Just gorgeous! Merry Christmas, sweet friend.

Hi Ginger. It's been so long. Life just keeps getting in the way. You're so right about God's gifts. I just saw that the clippings from my MIL's bloomed with no care at all again this year. I love the beauty of these beautiful flowers with there iridescent petals. You've done a beautiful job making yours flourish.

Wishing you and Bob a truly Merry Christmas. Love and hugs... Tracy@CottonPickinCute

Ginger- WOW! My mother always had beautiful Christmas cacti, too. It seems to me they spent part of their life in the cellar and then were brought out for winter bloomings. That is just gorgeous- God is gonna decorate for you whether you want to-or not! xo Diana

You have plants OUTSIDE that are blooming??!?! Ay yi yi!!! We are staring down the barrel of a snowstorm as I type that is sure to wipe out any little bits of foliage that might be left over. It's going to get downright cold with winds of 40+ mph tonight and tomorrow. PLEASE huff and puff and blow some of that warm air back here towards Missouri, will ya! :-) Remember, this is the season for sharing. Please SHARE some of that warmth and sunshine!!! :-) Have a beautiful weekend, Ginger!

Hi Ginger, Your Christmas cactus is such a beautiful color! I have some too and usually they bloom for Christmas and Easter. Why add man made when nature provides such glorious color? I hope your trip north is safe and happy. Linda

Ginger,
They are beautiful!! I love them. I looked for one to buy in the grocery store the other day. They have a nice floral section, but did not have a single Christmas cactus. Thanks for sharing God's decorations. They are always the best! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
